No refunds will be given.

Cancellations notified in writing (eg email) 14 days or more, prior to arrival, may be re-applied to another date subject to availability.

Cancellations within 14 days of arrival, deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations within 7 days & no show – full amount is payable

For stays of two or more nights, 50% is required to secure your booking.

For single night bookings total tariff is required as deposit.

We accept Visa, Mastercard or Direct Debit.

Balance payable 1 week prior to check in unless previously arranged.
